• Define, describe, diagram, and document high-level technological designs to provide cost effective and innovative solutions to meet evolving global business needs.
• Strong problem solving and communication skill.
• Experience in Health cloud, Service Cloud
• Experience in Healthcare/medical devices domain is good to have.
• Have directly involved in managing the releases of various salesforce applications - with deep-dive understanding of packages and change sets
• Have hands-on experience working with Salesforce API [Tooling API, Metadata API, Canvas, Rest/SOAP API, Bulk API etc.,] and Lightning development.
• Strong with configuration, customization, programming with APEX, APEX Triggers, Visual force, Chatter etc..
• Web Application integration patterns using REST/SOAP API

Job Responsibilities:

• Closely work with different Customers to understand their business and technical requirements mainly during initial phase of the project.
• Participate in architecture roadmap definition & planning; research, evaluate, and prototype new technologies & products; perform fit gap analysis for system modernization, rationalization, and consolidation.
• Suggest best suitable design, licenses and implementation approaches for scalable and robust application.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables from technology perspective.
• Keep self-knowledge updated and mentor other team members for their technical growth.
• Architect design and recommendation of best practices
• Creating design document, requirement gathering, customer communication and presenting approaches.
