- Minimum 10X Certified with at least 2 Architect and Agentforce Certification is a must
- 10+ years of experience delivering large scale multi-million dollar solutions and AI strategies
- Must have 8-12 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major F500 company, Big 4, or major SI consulting practice implementing at least 5 large Salesforce projects including implementation of Agentforce
- Must have an expert level understanding and 10+ years of directly working with of the Salesforce product suite, Sales, Service, Community/ Experience (Bare minimum 3 cloud expertise required) and Agentforce
- 10+ years Salesforce business process design and rules configuration
- Must have an extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) and Agentforce
- 10+ years multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with Tech, telecom and
- 8+ years Integration architecture and tools experience - real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as
- SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft and Salesforce connect; knowledge of Salesforce platform events and integration with ESBs (e.g. SAP)
- Should have rich client experience and should have been in client facing roles.
- Expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies and operationalizing
- Must have an expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development
- Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, app exchange apps, accelerators, and connectors
- Must have an extensive experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
- Must have a proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem
- Must have an extensive experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
- Must have 10+ years' experience in developing technology solutions
