Accounting Manager | North Palm Beach | Hybrid 

\n A high-growth health and longevity company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing Finance team and report directly to the Controller. This role will support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives while partnering cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and Supply Chain.

\n Schedule: Onsite 2 days/week 

\n Compensation: $100,000- 125,000 base + bonus \n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead month-end close and prepare journal entries and financial reporting
\n
• Perform and review balance sheet and bank reconciliations
\n
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliations
\n
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
\n
• Ensure accurate accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
\n
• Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP, reporting, and process improvements
\n
• Support audits and other accounting projects
\n
• Help strengthen and improve accounting processes as the company continues to grow
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• \n

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

\n
• \n

  Progressive accounting experience, ideally at the Manager level

\n
• \n

  Strong U.S. GAAP experience

\n
• \n

  Experience with month-end close and financial reporting

\n
• \n

  Strong inventory accounting experience

\n
• \n

  ERP systems experience required

\n
• \n

  Experience with forecasting and budgeting

\n
• \n

  Strong Excel skills

\n
• \n

  Excellent communication and organizational skills

\n
• \n

  International accounting experience is a plus, but not required

\n
