what are you waiting for? Join our team! Hemenway’s is looking for a Bartender to join the team. Providence, RI About the Position: In the Bartender role, you will be mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar and dining area. About You: You are energetic, highly motivated, and have a passion for hospitality. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent multitasking skills, and are willing to work as part of a team. Take orders from customers or waiters Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serve wine and draught or bottled beer Assist with orders or requisitions of liquors and supplies. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant. Must have a flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed. Must hold Alcohol Safety Certification. Skills & Abilities: Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds. Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships.
