RevCore Recovery Center is seeking a full-time Therapist — MHC/MSW/MFT (Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist) to provide clinical services within our outpatient substance use disorder and mental health programs. This position is ideal for a compassionate, clinically responsible professional who is comfortable working with individuals with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring treatment needs.

This full-time position is currently based at our Manhattan office location:

Manhattan: 138 East 26th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10010

RevCore also provides services at its Brooklyn location: 15 2nd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related clinical field
• Eligible or actively working toward NYS licensure/permit, such as MHC-LP, MSW-LP, MFT-LP, LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work with individuals with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring needs
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive care

Preferred:

• Experience in an OASAS outpatient program, OMH Article 31 clinic, or behavioral health setting
• Experience with Medicaid/APG documentation and medical necessity standards
• Experience facilitating groups
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
