ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2014 and has grown into a team of seven who are committed to supporting one another and serving our community well. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for the kind of culture I wanted to build.
I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a business degree and am married with two young kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead and support our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Aubrey Pithwa - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
