Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

PRN RN Field Assessor – Framingham, MA Job Overview Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) responsible for completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. The role involves obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, medication lists, and evaluating functional independence. Assessments include a brief cognitive screening and evaluation of ADL and IADL tasks. The candidate must be technologically savvy to use a point‑of‑care web application in real time for documentation. Responsibilities Conduct Long Term Care insurance assessments for claimants. Gather and document claimant demographics, physician information, medication lists. Complete brief cognitive screening and assess ability to perform ADL and IADL tasks. Record all findings in the online system in real time. Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice. Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation. Current CPR certification. Ability to provide care in any home setting regardless of client characteristics. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of RN experience. Ability to work independently. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. Compensation and Benefits This position is not eligible for benefits. Pay ranges: $86,767 – $130,151 annual total cash target pay; $41.71 – $62.57 per visit point; $50.06 – $75.09 hourly rate.
