Customer Relations Representative

Full-Time | In-Person | Beachwood, OH

We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team in Beachwood. This is an entry-level, customer-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating confidently, and working toward measurable goals.

You’ll work directly with customers while representing established client brands, helping customers understand available products, services, and current promotions. This role combines customer relations, sales, and account support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face and create a positive customer experience
  
  
• Learn client products, services, promotions, and current offers
  
  
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  
  
• Support customer acquisition and sales goals
