An established firm based in New York City with over 25 years in practice is seeking a Plaintiff Workers' Compensation / No-Fault Attorney with 0-5+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Plaintiff Personal Injury matters , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. The firm is open to either a highly trainable early-career attorney eager to expand into multiple practice areas or an experienced plaintiff-side attorney capable of handling a more sophisticated caseload independently.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York or be eligible for admission.

• Applicants should possess strong communication and client management skills.

• Early-career attorneys must demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop expertise in Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Personal Injury matters.

• Experienced candidates should have meaningful plaintiff-side Workers' Compensation and/or Personal Injury litigation experience.

• Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines and a busy caseload.

• Experience using case management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Workers' Compensation hearings and related proceedings.

• Conduct and defend depositions as required.

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and strategy.

• Handle case preparation, investigation, and documentation for Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Personal Injury matters.

• Accurately update and maintain the firm's case management system.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to advance cases efficiently and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Participate in additional litigation and client-facing responsibilities as needed across practice groups.

• Manage files from intake through resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable procedural requirements.
