Leasing Assistant

Supporting the Leasing Manager and property management team, the full-time Leasing Assistant will coordinate showings, process applications, and maintain accurate leasing records in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule showings with prospective tenants Guide applicants through the application process and conduct initial screenings Prepare and track lease agreements while maintaining accurate lease files Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or administrative support Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with property management software is a plus Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable learning new platforms and working in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused, proactive, and a team player
