Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct meticulous and comprehensive mental health assessments to determine patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, in one-on-one and group settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to help patients understand and cope with mental health issues, while fostering a supportive community environment.

• Collaboration is key; work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.

• Be prepared to deliver crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources during critical situations.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health disorders, treatment options, and local community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality is upheld.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic advancements.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently to manage patient records and facilitate seamless communication among the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess and maintain a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, familiarity with telehealth practices and protocols, as well as experience in working with diverse populations, can enhance your candidacy. Experience in addressing complex cases in outpatient settings is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
