Lead AI UX Designer

Lead AI-driven UX design and help shape the future of agentic interfaces in the financial services industry!We are seeking a Lead AI UX Designer to operate at the intersection of design craft and AI-augmented delivery. In this role, you will own the end-to-end experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces — including conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration and trust-calibration patterns. This involves building systems where AI agents discover information across fragmented sources, navigate governance and surface decision-ready context.In this role, you will lead a standalone, highly visible design pod for a leading global financial services firm, consult directly with stakeholders, present experience frameworks and prove the efficiency of AI-driven methodologies; a unique opportunity to shape a nascent agentic experience framework while delivering production-ready designs that maintain coherence across multi-agent interactions.As a leader, you treat AI tools the way a power user treats a codebase — orchestrating workflows, iterating rapidly and applying human judgment. If you are comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward making and can clearly articulate design rationale to engineering partners, we want you on our team!Req #1044343351
