Dykema, a leading national law firm, is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Bloomfield Hills office. ABA-approved degree preferred, 5+ years managing automotive related product liability and class action cases is ideal. Additional skills desired:

• Strong technology experience including Relativity, Trial Presentation Software, PowerPoint, Excel;
• Experience with trial preparation, managing logistics and providing assistance at trial;
• Extensive knowledge of ESI protocol and e-discovery procedures and experience working with Litigation Support departments and/or vendor professionals;
• Experience drafting pleadings and/or discovery
• Managing document intensive files, performing substantive document reviews;
• Experience developing graphics, electronic presentations and preparing exhibits;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• LexisNexis, cite-checking and bluebook experience;
• Thrive in a team-driven environment;
• Ability to prioritize assignments and delegate when necessary;
• Preference for NALA, NFPA or specialized certifications;
• Availability for overtime and travel for trial.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
