Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with well regarded law firm in search of a litigation focused paralegal. This firm offers work life balance with a hybrid schedule and a competitive compensation package. They will also provide training!

Responsibilities:

• Manage files of active cases and monitor deadlines
• Assist with trial prep including preparing exhibits and binders
• Legal research and analyze documents
• Summarize depositions as well as prepare and draft motions, pleadings, etc.
• Prepare discovery and respond to discovery requests
• Log and track billable hours

Qualifications:

• 1+ of litigation experience is preferred
• Prior experience in a law firm setting is required
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Trustworthy and ethical
• Ability to type at least 45+ WPM
