The Associate role involves building financial models and investment return analyses, conducting industry and company research, assisting with due diligence and transaction execution, and preparing investment memorandums for the investment committee.Additional responsibilities include working with the investment team on monitoring portfolio company performance, quarterly valuations, and add-on acquisitions, as well as supporting business development teams.The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, commercial banking, private credit, business valuation, or transaction advisory, with strong financial modeling skills and solid accounting and finance fundamentals.
