Employee Benefits Paralegal

Are you an experienced Paralegal looking to build your career in the specialized and growing area of Employee Benefits & ERISA law ? This could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for! We’re seeking an Employee Benefits Paralegal to support multiple attorneys and work closely with clients in the complex world of ERISA, employee benefit plans, and the multiemployer arena. Support multiple attorneys with client case management Conduct legal research and stay current on ERISA, DOL regulations, and Internal Revenue Code developments Assist with DOL and IRS investigations and large-scale document production Draft contracts, amendments, operating documents, policies, and benefit forms Analyze plan provisions and apply them to unique fact patterns Prepare memoranda and materials for Board of Trustees meetings Assist with Board meeting participation and drafting meeting minutes Manage extensive written and verbal communication and document management Assist with Requests for Proposals and analysis of candidate responses What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree preferred OR paralegal certification 2+ years of paralegal or employee benefits experience Equivalent experience will also be considered Strong research, writing, organization, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr JAS Recruitment
