We are seeking 10 elite Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are passionate about delivering top-notch BBQ. If you have the hustle to handle high volume while maintaining our elite quality standards, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Execution: Cook, prepare, and portion meats and sides to exact specifications, ensuring the final assembly meets our high standards.
- The "Window" Standard: Ensure every tray looks like the best BBQ in America before it leaves the kitchen.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, inspection-ready station and adhere to health standards to avoid any health inspection failures.
- Team Hustle: Support all areas of the kitchen, from the line to the dish pit, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.
- Kindness over "Niceness": Foster professional and direct communication, prioritizing quality and safety over comfort.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a strong record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts on your feet and lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Availability: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
