Colony Roofers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to become the voice of our company and support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using technology to stay organized and efficient.

You'll begin working in our Atlanta office while learning about our systems and processes, with the opportunity to transition into a flexible hybrid schedule as you become successful in the role.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service
• Make outbound calls to leads from marketing and referral sources
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Register customer warranties after project completion
• Maintain customer records and update company systems
• Track sales metrics and reporting data
• Assist with administrative tasks that support company growth
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, home services, or sales support is a plus but not required
