IT Operations Lead — AI Tools, Security & Hybrid IT
Office Hours
Office Hours is hiring our first dedicated IT Operations Lead to own systems, devices, and access company-wide. This hands-on role covers end-user support, device fleet management, SaaS and identity administration, and security alignment with Legal and Compliance. You will set priorities, build processes, and own the infrastructure as the company scales across SF, NY, and remote teams. The role requires 5–8 years in IT ops, strong autonomy, and expertise with Google Workspace, Okta, and Mac #J-18808-Ljbffr Office Hours
