Director Corporate SalesThe Director Corporate Sales to direct the overall performance of the sales force. Leading strategic planning and assuring outstanding CRM practices with accounts to maximize profitability is a primary focus. Providing overall leadership on sales execution and assuring effectiveness of the Sales Team while establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the territory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.What you'll do:Accountable for sales and gross profit plans in the divisionMonitor and evaluate Sales Associate performanceDevelops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.Prepares action plans for individuals and teams to execute on sales leads and prospects.Leads development of action planning to penetrate new markets.Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.Conduct sales update meetings on a regular basisAssure execution of department goals and maintain accountabilityProvide solid Customer Relationship ManagementProvides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.Assist Sales Associates in preparation of proposals and presentations.Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codesWork to support sales KPI's while growing the businessAbout you:Demonstrated leadership and skill leading major projects and high-end clients.5-7 years of experience in sales.Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style.A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplaceCollaborative work style and commitment to top notch customer serviceDemonstrated ability to train, coach and develop sales professionalsGreat communication skills with external & internal customersDelegate responsibilities and assist with personal / professional goal settingBA in Business or relatedExperience in food distribution a plusThe above job description is not an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
