About This Role
Maintain a safe play environment while observing and monitoring children's activities. Parents and guardians are informed about daily events, behaviors, and any related concerns. This role also supports the emotional and social growth of children, encouraging empathy and self-confidence.
What You'll Do- Dress and care for children's hygiene needs, including changing diapers.
- Keep detailed records of each child, including observations, activities, meals, and administered medications.
- Teach essential health and personal habits, such as eating, resting, and toilet routines.
- Engage children with reading, simple art, crafts, and songs.
- Oversee general personnel tasks like supervision, training, and scheduling.
- Communicate daily activities, behaviors, and related issues to parents or guardians.
- Support the emotional and social development of children, promoting understanding and positive self-image.
- Maintain a safe play environment.
- Observe and monitor children's play activities.
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Nice To HavesLevel 3 or higher on the WI Registry
CPR and first aid certified
