Cook up your career and feed your unique journey! We're looking for the best Chefs in Raleigh, NC! Full Availability Required What You'll Do: Line Cooks are responsible for the food guests rave about! You will prep for and prepare delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.LINE COOKS RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recipe Adherence
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service in a timely manner
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager's instructions
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
