Job Responsibilities

Customer Service - Create a welcoming experience by assisting customers quickly, professionally, and safely while learning and applying company standards.
Employee Support / Teamwork - Contribute to a positive team environment by showing respect, communicating clearly, and supporting others.
Store Appearance - Contribute to a clean and welcoming environment by completing assigned tasks and following appearance standards.
Food Service and Food Safety - Prepare food safely and consistently to ensure every customer receives fresh, high-quality products they can trust.
Merchandising - Stock and present products neatly and accurately to ensure customers can easily find fresh, appealing items.
Business Operations - Follow daily procedures accurately to support inventory control, task completion, and a smooth customer experience.

Legal Requirements

Age: 16+

Schedule / Work / Travel

Work Pattern: Shift work; may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Physical / Environment: Requires standing for extended periods and routine walking.
Requires lifting up to 30-60 lbs.
May work in cold/freezer areas or outdoors at times.

Desired Specifications

Experience: Retail store experience

Skills: Patience to deal with tough situations; self-motivated and the ability to work with little supervision. Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.
