Operations Analyst

Supporting the operational needs of the Customer Solutions and Engineering team, the full-time remote Operations Analyst will manage core processes, identify workflow improvements, and build reporting systems to enhance visibility into performance metrics. Key responsibilities Serve as a primary resource for operational needs, ensuring processes are supported by the tech stack Identify and address workflow friction points, collaborating with leadership to implement improvements Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project status and key metrics Required qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or project coordination Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, including pivot tables and lookups Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in building reports and basic configurations Proven ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements
