I graduated from West Chester University and have built a career rooted in family, community, and service. Before becoming a State Farm agent 10 years ago, I worked in my family’s legal supplies business, where I learned the value of hard work and taking care of people. Outside of the office, I’ve been a longtime husband, father, and now grandfather, and I’ve enjoyed giving back to the community through 15 years of coaching youth football. Today, I lead a close-knit team of 4, where we focus on creating a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment. We’re looking for candidates who want to be part of a small but strong team that values relationships, growth, and making an impact both in the office and in the community. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Walsh - State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
