Emergency Medicine NP or PA locums coverage is needed in Arkansas across multiple ED sites, with set shift blocks and no call. You will see all ages in a Level 3 trauma setting with Cerner charting.

Practice Setting

• Emergency Department coverage, all ages
• Level 3 trauma, typical ED case mix
• Approximate volume of 2 patients per hour
• Support includes a 14 to 27 bed department with 3 RNs, 1 MA, and 1 other APP

Schedule

• Must be willing to work all shift times at the applicable site
• Bentonville ED, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Springdale ED, weekday shifts 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM; weekend shift 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• Siloam ED, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Arkansas license required at time of bid, will not wait for license
• Emergency Medicine board certification required, NCCPA, ANCCA, or AANP
• ACLS, PALS, NRP through AHA or ARC; ATLS must be maintained
