B2B Customer Care & Order Management Specialist

Insight Global

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Graco’s Customer Care team in Dayton, Minnesota. You will handle B2B inquiries related to orders, pricing, product availability, and shipping, primarily via inbound calls and CRM-based cases. Daily work includes 80–100 calls and 30% email responses, using CRM and internal order-management tools to check inventory, update orders, and resolve issues with a professional, customer-focused approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
