At Chick-fil-A we have four levels of leadership: Certified Trainer, Operations Captain, Operations Director and Executive Director.

Leadership opportunities are full-time restaurant positions working 40-50 hours per week. Responsibilities include: shift leadership, scheduling, inventory, and all aspects of food safety and food quality.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Strong sense of character
• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Sustained, excellence performance is required
• "Core 4" Recipe for Service: Create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, always say "My Pleasure."
• Practice 2nd mile service with a servant attitude and generosity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork characteristics
• Leading a shift of 25-35 people and an overall team of 100+ employees
• Spirit of hospitality
• College degree preferred

Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
