Sourcing Specialist DIRECT HIRE Location: Chandler, AZ Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time | On-Site Who We Are: Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a global leader in supply chain solutions supporting some of the world's most advanced manufacturing environments, including semiconductor, microelectronics, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Our client is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join their growing team. We are looking for a true sourcing professional with hands-on supplier management and sourcing experience. What You'll Do: Source new suppliers and products to support customer and operational needs Manage RFQs, bids, and sourcing projects from start to finish Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery, and capabilities Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and service agreements Support internal sales teams with technical product sourcing and recommendations Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sourcing solutions Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Conduct market research and supplier evaluations Partner with internal teams to support customer requirements and business growth Develop expertise in products, supplier capabilities, and industry trends Drive sourcing initiatives across multiple commodity groups What's In It for You: Competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 DOE Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Collaborative team environment Exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing and technology industries Opportunity to make a direct impact on supplier performance, cost savings, and customer success What You Need to Have: 3+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience Experience sourcing technical, industrial, manufacturing, MRO, electrical, or engineered products Strong supplier relationship management skills Experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements Ability to evaluate suppliers and make strategic sourcing decisions Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment The Musts: SAP experience is required Proven supplier sourcing and supplier management experience Experience negotiating with vendors and suppliers True sourcing background—not primarily procurement analytics or reporting Ability to source technical or industrial products Strong Microsoft Office skills Comfortable working fully on-site Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field Experience within semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or industrial distribution environments Experience sourcing MRO supplies, critical spares, industrial components, or electrical products Contract negotiation experience Strategic sourcing and cost-reduction project experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
