Summary Responsible for overall project direction, quality control, customer satisfaction, timely completion, and financial success of construction projects from receipt of initial budget from estimating to final completion. Works closely with field superintendents and foremen to establish and monitor project schedules; identify, estimate, and track change order work; and help coordinate subcontractor’s work. Forecasts and evaluates self‑perform labor, equipment and materials and adjusts plans as needed to maximize project profitability. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
