Job Title: Machine Set Up Operator

Machine Operator (Screw / Cold Heading) – $20–$25/hr (DOE)

Overview

Looking for someone hands-on who enjoys working with machines and fixing problems. If you’ve worked on equipment, cars, or farm machinery, this is a strong fit. No experience with cold heading required — we’ll train you.

What you’ll do:

• Set up and run screw machines and cold heading machines
• Make tooling adjustments to keep production running smoothly
• Check parts against blueprints and quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues and make quick fixes
• Run multiple machines once trained
• Handle basic machine maintenance
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Track production and quality

What you need:

• Mechanical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience working with tools or machinery

Helpful background:

• Farming, automotive, machining, or maintenance work

This is a Permanent position based out of North Branch, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
