The ACP Executive Assistant will play a vital role in supporting ACP executives, leaders, and employees. This position will provide complex, confidential support for ACP leadership, and manage executive communications, workflows, and strategic calendar planning. The ACP Executive Assistant will provide proactive event and meeting coordination, plus support operational and financial processes including budget preparation and document approvals. This position will be a key strategic partner for ACP project accountability, operations problem-solving, continuous process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.This position reports directly to the Associate Vice President of ACP, and will also support the Assistant AVP of ACP and the Associate Dean of ACP.
