School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Richmond, VA Position Type: Full-Time Contract Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours Make a Difference in Students' Lives We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) to join a supportive school district in the Richmond, Virginia area. Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and interpret assessment results. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable). Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, pragmatics, AAC, and other communication needs. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Virginia SLP License or eligibility for licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience Previous school-based or pediatric experience. Experience working with students from preschool through high school. Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes. Experience with AAC devices, autism spectrum disorders, and diverse communication disorders is a plus. Benefits Competitive weekly pay.
