Lab Technologist (Evening Shift) - Urgent Hiring | Mobile Lab Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technologist / Point-of-Care Lab Technician to perform laboratory testing in a mobile setting. This role involves handling specimens, performing diagnostic tests, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform point-of-care lab testing (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, etc.)
- Collect and process specimens (venipuncture & capillary)
- Ensure quality control and accurate reporting of results
- Enter patient data and test results into lab systems
- Monitor STAT testing turnaround times
- Maintain lab equipment and troubleshoot basic issues
- Assist with inventory and documentation compliance
- Operate/drive mobile lab unit when required
Requirements:
- Valid California license (MLT, CLS, or LVN required)
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Experience in lab testing and/or phlebotomy preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
