Paralegal

Our client, a respected law firm with a strong reputation in insurance defense litigation , is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis . Key Responsibilities Support attorneys in all phases of insurance defense litigation Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation in case management systems Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, claims files, and expert reports Coordinate depositions, IMEs, court appearances, and mediations Track and manage litigation deadlines in compliance with court rules Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, experts, and opposing counsel Assist with trial preparation , including exhibit organization and witness coordination Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in insurance defense litigation Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures Experience working with insurance carriers and claims handling processes Proficiency in case management and e-filing systems Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with competing deadlines Paralegal certificate preferred Why This Role Opportunity to join a well-established firm with a stable client base Clear contract-to-hire pathway with long-term potential Competitive hourly compensation Professional and team-oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr SR Staffing
