Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will provide expert clinical oversight and guidance within a private practice setting. Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, this role involves supervising clinical staff, ensuring ethical standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment to support high-quality client care. Occasional travel may be required for training and outreach purposes.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to staff
- Conduct staff training and development
- Review clinical cases for quality assurance
- Evaluate staff performance regularly
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards
- Collaborate with team members to enhance clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Intervene in client crises as needed
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
- Consult with clients when appropriate
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision
