Material Control Supervisor

As a Material Control Supervisor, you will lead a warehouse team, ensuring safety protocols are followed, inventory is accurately tracked, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. This is an onsite position that will require flexibility including the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends and most holidays. Eligible for overtime pay when working holidays. There is no hybrid option for this position.Youll haveHigh School Diploma or GED.Minimum 1 year leadership experience.Minimum 1 year work experience in similar positions.Willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and afternoon shifts with varying hours. Must be flexible with shift times, and willing and able to work overtime.Must be willing and able to work onsite full-time, in the Kansas City High Velocity Center (Shawnee, KS)Demonstrated ability to actively listen, collaborate and problem solve with stakeholders.Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations.Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills.Working Knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Even better, you may have Bachelor Degree. Prior Warehouse supervisor experience. Experience working in a UAW environment. Experience in warehouse/distribution/ production operations.
