Job Summary

Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in full, clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a heads ? up, ready ? to ? serve attitude. Keeps personal phones "backstage" in non?guest areas. Greets all guests and fellow team members warmly and professionally, in line with our Family Style Service culture. Welcomes guests, provides menus, guides them to their tables, and offers a friendly initial introduction. Maintains a clean, organized, and inviting host podium and entrance area, ensuring menus are cleaned daily and reporting any menu issues to Management. Helps coordinate seating to ensure a fair and balanced flow for the server team. Learns and maintains basic knowledge of menu items, restaurant concepts, and service standards to confidently assist guests. Supports fellow Hosts and team members to keep operations running smoothly. Follows all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines. Performs additional duties as assigned with a helpful, team ? oriented approach. Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. The ability to operate reservation systems.

Meets attendance and punctuality guidelines and adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company requirements. Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance. Passes required background check.
