Process Engineer

What You Can Do For PSL Disposition discrepant material in a timely manner and respond to high priority holds. Maintain recipes that are reliable and accurate. Support manufacturing teams with equipment qualification and new tool startups. Be responsive to out of control events and react quickly with process groups. Assist in the development of key technologies. Support projects to drive continuous improvement in yield, operational efficiency, and cost. Facilitate training for technicians and production specialists. Analyze failed runs to identify the source of process errors and recommend process changes. What PSL Can Do For You Opportunity to work on projects that touch all aspects of the organization. High visibility within the organization. What PSL Needs From You Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field. Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques and statistics. Working knowledge of SPC, Gage R&R, and Six-Sigma methodology. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as this role will require in depth cooperation with multiple functions and manufacturing sections. Skills in technical writing, computers, problem solving and organization. What Distinguishes You For This Position Self‑disciplined and highly motivated with experience managing multiple high priority projects. Experience with SQL, MS Access, or similar database systems. *Please note that this position may require U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency status in the future depending on federal requirements* What We Offer Salary : The estimated base salary range for the position is $77,000-$90,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job‑related experience, skills and level of the position.
