Territory Manager

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead commercial growth within an assigned territory by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving ambitious sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and drive sustainable business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitors.
• Lead and support the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Manage sales activity through CRM and prepare accurate reports.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and deliver excellent customer service.
• Represent the COMPAC® brand and ensure compliance with company policies and values.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and developing commercial strategies.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and analysing sales performance.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish at B2 level is an advantage.
