Howly is a Ukrainian multi-product company in venture builder Skelar. We build products for users in the global market of professional services. In 4+ years, we launched 4 products and grew to 300+ people in the team. Howly is a global business with proven processes and users all over the world. At the same time, we keep the drive of a startup: we work flexibly, with enthusiasm, and without unnecessary bureaucracy.

We have 4 powerful products operating in international markets:

• Smart document automation: We remove the routine—our product makes working with documents easier so users can focus on more important tasks.
• Career growth platform: We help people grow—the platform opens opportunities for career development: from resumes to career consultations, paving the way from potential to realized ambitions.
• AI job search and automatic resume and cover letter creation: We help people find jobs faster. We do this through AI job search, automatic resume, and cover letter creation in one click. The service removes the routine, increases the relevance of responses, and helps better position oneself for specific roles.
• Wittio: A brain training platform that allows users to assess their cognitive abilities (memory, focus, and attention) through tests and improve them through games and other daily practices.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager for Howly! What tasks await our Product Manager:

• Generate product hypotheses and validate them through A/B tests.
• Control the product development process at all stages from idea to result.
• Close interaction with the engineering team and setting tasks for engineers.
• Conduct ongoing user and market research to find product bottlenecks and growth points.
• Fully responsible for the post-funnel experience of product users.
• Together with the team, build new directions in the product.

What is important to us:

• Must-have: Experience in calculating and analyzing unit economics on B2C products. Ability to formulate tasks and run A/B tests to improve product metrics. Experience in analyzing user needs and problems.
• Nice to have: Ability to systematically approach problem-solving—find the root cause of the problem, break it down into small components, and formulate solutions; 3+ years of experience in product management; Experience working on a product or in product analytics with hypothesis generation; Experience working with data analytics services (Amplitude, Tableau, or others); Experience managing an engineering team.
