Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with certified payroll reporting and compliance documentation to ensure adherence to project and regulatory requirements.
• Review payroll and project reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), project status reports, and other operational metrics.
• Support document control, record retention, and file management processes to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, company records, and marketing materials, including company branding assets.
• Assist with recruiting administration, applicant tracking system updates, employee onboarding, and personnel record maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain annual employee files and supporting documentation.
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
• Experience within the construction industry and with certified payroll
