Studio Director (Clinic Director)

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a sales-driven, guest-focused Studio Director to lead studio revenue performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our highest volume location, Fargo, ND. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with operational oversight to drive business results, optimize studio performance, and support a seamless guest journey from consultation through retention.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100K–$125K base, commensurate with experience — plus uncapped monthly performance incentives that let top producers significantly outearn base pay. This role is built for a director who builds winning teams and turns their performance into revenue.

What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue & Sales Performance

• Drive studio revenue growth and achieve sales and profitability goals
• Lead consultative guest experiences, including scans, needs assessments, and treatment recommendations
• Coach team members on consultative selling strategies that improve conversion, retention, memberships, and retail sales
• Monitor KPIs including conversion, utilization, and revenue performance to identify opportunities and drive results
• Execute strategies that increase guest retention, rebooking, and lifetime value

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

• Recruit, coach, and develop a collaborative, results-driven team focused on sales excellence and exceptional guest care
• Provide ongoing feedback, accountability, and recognition tied to studio performance goals
• Foster a positive, guest-centric culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
• Lead daily huddles and team meetings to align priorities and drive execution

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Ensure a seamless, personalized guest experience from consultation through follow-up care
• Partner closely with clinical teams to support outstanding guest outcomes and satisfaction
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism to build loyalty and trust
• Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives that drive guest acquisition and brand awareness

Oversee Operations & Studio Performance

• Manage daily operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and POS management to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Aligns staffing and treatment capacity with business demand
• Monitor financial performance and key operational metrics to support studio profitability
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and brand standards while supporting front desk and sales operations as needed

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred
• A minimum of five years (5) years of leadership/managerial experience
• A people centric leader who motivates and inspires others to achieve success
• Devoted to relentless communication and results
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team while problem solving during day-to-day obstacles
• Proven track record of exceeding established revenue goals
• Compelling interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), strong ability to influence and build rapport
