Client 401(k) Account Manager
Flexible/Hybrid |$80K + Profit Sharing
In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership to support and advise retirement plan clients through:
✔️ Annual plan reviews & investment monitoring
✔️ Client relationship management
✔️ Plan operations & compliance support
✔️ Employee education & engagement
✔️ Plan changes, implementations & benchmarking

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or support
- Strong organization and project management skills
- A service-first mindset with excellent communication skills
