Job Description

Shipping & Receiving Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments
• Enter shipping and receiving information accurately into the computer system
• Verify orders, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation
• Print shipping labels and prepare necessary paperwork
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Organize products and materials in designated areas
• Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or missing items
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping/receiving duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents
• Dependable with good attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

9am-6pm (One hour lunch)

$18.00/ hour
