Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to develop new customers and grow existing relationships with multifamily owners, operators, and management companies in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Arizona. With success, the sales areas will increase. This role focuses on selling bulk internet agreements and fiber retrofit projects to existing apartment communities.
The ideal candidate understands the multifamily industry, enjoys building long-term relationships, and has a consultative sales approach. You'll manage opportunities from prospecting through contract execution while working closely with our executive and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with apartment owners, operators, asset managers, and regional managers
- Identify communities lacking fiber infrastructure, find new build opportunities, and sell internet takeover opportunities
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software
- Coordinate site evaluations with engineering and construction teams
- Work with VP of Sales to negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Meet and exceed annual sales goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into the multifamily industry strongly preferred
- Technology, telecom, or utility sales experience is a plus
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Grit
