Position Overview: The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in managing civil litigation cases for plaintiffs, handling all stages from initial consultation through to settlement or trial. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in personal injury and property damage litigation. This is an in-office position only. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of litigation cases from inception to resolution. Represent clients during pre-trial proceedings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare necessary legal documents. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop winning case strategies. Stay up-to-date on changes and developments in personal injury law. Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and managing expectations. Participate in business development efforts to enhance client and industry relationships. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Active Florida Bar license. 2-5 years of proven experience in plaintiff litigation. Strong analytical, negotiation, and research skills. Demonstrated success in securing favorable verdicts and settlements. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
