Outpatient Primary Care Physician –– $75,000 Sign On Bonus - Kansas City, Missouri

ArchWell Health is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our elite team of physicians in Kansas City, Missouri.  This is a  true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ — designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule.

Practice Model

\n

\n
• Outpatient only – no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities
\n
• Average 12-16 patients per day upon ramp up
\n
• Rotating tele call shared among in-market physicians
\n
• Dedicated admin time built into schedule
\n
• $75,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed
\n
• Quality metrics-based bonus
\n
• Weekends hours available, not required
\n
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• M.D. or D.O. graduates
\n
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
\n
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, not required
\n
• Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients
\n
• Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care
\n
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Missouri medical license  OR have the ability to obtain a full Missouri medical licensure (Kansas licensure is a plus)
