Chocolate Plant Maintenance Technician

Albanese Confectionery Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Chocolate operations on a Sunday–Thursday schedule (5:45 AM–2:30 PM). You will diagnose, repair, maintain and operate automated production machinery, inspecting, starting, stopping, adjusting, cleaning, sanitizing and shutting down equipment as required. You will ensure a safe, clean work environment, assist with PMs, fabricate when needed, log maintenance data in the CMMS, and support capital projects while #J-18808-Ljbffr Albanese Confectionery
