This position involves managing full-cycle placements while cultivating enduring client alliances. With some of the highest commission rates found in the industry, your rewards will reflect the tangible contributions you make. What You'll Do
- Oversee Complete Searches from the initial intake to the final close.
- Serve as a Client Partner, comprehending their distinct hiring needs, challenges, and cultural fit.
- Strategically Source Talent using our advanced CRM/ATS, along with your personal network and our innovative communication tools.
- Utilize Our Platform to manage candidates, follow up automatically, track outreach, and stay fully organized.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that foster long-term value for clients and maximize your commissions.
- Participate in Thought Leadership as together we enhance our brand - and yours.
- Comprehensive Tech Access: All-in-one CRM, ATS, and marketing communications within a single interface. Say goodbye to juggling multiple tools or getting lost in an overflowing inbox!

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales

- Competent in navigating ATS/CRM systems (we will train you on ours)
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building something meaningful
